Do not change the set pressure of the regulator that is used to pressurize the
solvent tank.
(Regulator Set Pressure: 0.005 MPa)
If more than the specified pressure is applied, the tank may explode.
Be sure to wear suitable clothes for working so as to avoid any injuries.
Try to bundle your hair in ponytail or a braid. Otherwise, your hair might get
caught in the moving mechanisms of the machine.
Be sure to fasten the buttons on your clothes (especially sleeves) to avoid
getting caught in the moving mechanisms of the machine.
Even after the [EMERGENCY STOP] switch is pressed, note that electrical
power is supplied to the control device.
To shutdown the power to all loads, set the power breaker to "OFF".
When an "Emergency Switch Off" function is required, it must be prepared outside the
machine on the customer side.

Emergency Switch Off : Emergency Interception of All Load Power Sources
In principle, the overall operation of the machine (PXH-1) including the button
operations on the operation panel and the touch screen must be controlled by
only one person.
If there are more than one, ensure good communication by giving loud verbal
instructions.
Attach the internal lid of the solvent tank and tighten the cap securely.
If the cap gets loose, adequate pressure may not be applied or the solvent
may leak out.
Before starting the automatic operation, check carefully that there is no person around
the PXH-1 machine (especially on the other side of the machine operation). Make sure
that no objects (tools, parts, etc.) are left behind.

Notes on Machine Operations
This machine uses energetic driving systems and high voltage. This power and
voltage is high enough to cause death or serious injury. To avoid this danger,
respect the following guideline.
The machine must be used with the covers being attached.
Be sure to close the door before operating the machine.
Do not disengage the interlock mechanism of the door.
Whenever you feel danger or abnormality, immediately press the
[EMERGENCY STOP] switch to stop the machine.
If the machine is kept running in abnormal condition, an accident or a
breakdown will result.
When there is a problem with the machine, locate the cause and assess the
condition. Set the power breaker to "OFF".
After the problem has been rectified completely, reset the machine to its
normal condition.
When some industrial alcohol spills out of the solvent tank or the pan during
the operation, immediately stop the operation, turn off the power supply, and
wipe the spills with a rag, etc.
Do not bring such a tank close to any heat of fire to evaporate the spilt alcohol
because it can catch fire very easily.
When the green lamp of the light tower is ON or flickering (ON and OFF), it indicates
that the static machine is in the "Automatic" mode (standby mode).
In case of a disaster of any kind, earthquake, storm, flood, fire, or lightning,
immediately stop the machine and turn off the power supply.
