Notes:
Data was acquired using an H12S head. Vision type 66 was used for 0603 and 1005 parts.
*1: The value in parentheses is the Y measurement for cut nozzles used by both the NXT and AIM.
*2: Based on specifications of domestic Japanese manufacturers.
*3: The value in parentheses is data for 1608C, 2125C, and 3216C parts that have heavy elements.
*4: This value was calculated using a transport speed of 100% (Hi) for the H12 head.
*5: It is necessary to increase this value up to approximately 0.08 mm because of variance in the part size.
*6: It is necessary to increase this value up to approximately 0.12 mm because of variance in the part size.
*7: It is necessary to increase this value up to approximately 0.06 mm because of variance in the part size.
*8: A value of 0.1 mm is used for Tolerance X when prioritizing accuracy. However, the recommended value of 0.15 mm reflects the need to maintain a
reasonable rate of parts rejection.
*9: A value of 0.2 mm is used for Tolerance XY when prioritizing accuracy. However, the recommended value of 0.4 mm reflects the need to maintain a
reasonable rate of parts rejection.
*10: When the pickup position is unstable, accuracy will decrease if a 1.8 mm nozzle is used. Therefore, the recommended nozzle size is 1.3 mm.
*11: When parts are picked up from their side due to the part width size (Y), it will not be possible to detect the part.
*12: The rate of parts rejection may increase depending on the quality of the part. Increase the tolerance value or check the actual part. Do not specify the
height tolerance to be 20% or less.
Bold characters: For numbers bolded in the IPS table, conditions occur in which height errors cannot be detected for resistors and condensers of the same
size. Care should be taken when not using the function to prevent incorrect parts being loaded on reels.
*When detecting the part with the IPS, the part height setting must match the actual part.
