1Übersicht
In dieser Anleitung ist die Nachrüstung der DCA-Option für den SIPLACE 80F5-Automaten be-
schrieben. 1
Zur Nachrüstung der DCA-Option wird der 6er-Revolverkopf des 80F5-Automaten mit einem
neuen BE-Kamerasystem ausgestattet. Im Steuereinschub wird die Visionauswerteeinheit durch
die mit DCA-Option ersetzt. 1
Das DCA-BE-Kamerasystem besteht im wesentlichen aus folgenden Komponenten: 1
– Neues Kameragehäuse (Pos. 1 in Abb. 1 - 1)
– Neue CCD-Kamera mit 4 Beleuchtungsebenen
– Neue Beleuchtungsplatine für die Beleuchtungssteuerung (Pos. 2 in Abb. 1 - 1)
– Neue Flachbandkabel für den Sternmotor (Pos. 4 in Abb. 1 - 1)
– Neue Abdeckung für den 6er-Revolverkopf mit FC-Kamera
– MVS 340 Visionauswerteeinheit, DCA-Option (Pos. 1 in Abb. 1 - 2)
Damit ist es möglich, mit dem 6er-Revolverkopf neben den Standardbauelementen auch 1
– Flip-Chips und
– Bare Dies
am 80F5-Automaten zu bestücken. 1
HINWEIS: 1
Kamerasystem und Beleuchtungssteuerung bilden eine Einheit und können im Servicefall immer
nur gemeinsam getauscht werden. 1
