(6) Press the [ON] button entitled "MOVE". In 2 seconds, press the [EN-

ABLE] button on the operation panel.

The feeder carriage moves to the grease supply position and the

following sheet appears.

(7) Press the [EMERGENCY STOP] switch and open all the doors.

Apply grease to the nipples on the slide blocks of linear guides.

After that, close all the doors.

(8) Unlock the [EMERGENCY STOP] switch and press the [RESET]

button. Press the [POWER ON] button to power the machine.

Press the [ALL] button (entitled "ZERO"). In 2 seconds, press the

[ENABLE] button on the operation panel.

eration of the feeder carriage section starts.

two seconds after the [ON] button (entitled "MOVE"), the following

sheet appears.

(12) Press the [EMERGENCY STOP] switch.

Open the feeder carriage cover on the F4 side.

Clean the linear scale on the F4 side with a cotton swab soaked in

alcohol (absolute ethanol).

After the cleaning, close the feeder carriage cover on the F4 side.

Never use any organic compounds other than alcohol.
