(4) After the oil has been supplied, confirm that the oil nut is tightened
securely. Then, close the front door and attach the upper cover.
(5) Turn on the power supply to let the oil circulate for approx. 5 min-
utes. After that, turn off the power supply.
When the power supply is set to "ON", the pump in the cool-
ing section is activated to let the oil circulate.
(6) Detach the upper cover again and open the front door.
(7) Keep the machine intact for approximately 30 minutes. After that,
check the oil gauge if the oil level is near the center of the red circle.
If the oil is not supplied enough, replenish the oil supply. If too much
oil is supplied, drain the excess oil from the oil outlet of the rotary
turret.

(8) After the oil level is adjusted, wrap a seal tape around the oil nut and
retighten the nut.
(9) Confirm that no oil is oozing out of the oil nut.
When no oil is oozing out, attach the overhead cover firmly with the
screws.

Oil Filter : Approx. 400 cc (0.4 liters)
Cooling Section : Approx. 1 liter
Rotary Turret Section : Approx. 10 liters
Cam Box (Separate Container) : Approx. 2.2 liters

1.4.14 Replacement of Exhaust Cleaner Element
(1) Detach the oil case.
If the drain cock is loosened, the collected grease will come
out.
