0f0703 Transfer Overtime Table chute has not descended smoothly resulting in an
overtime alm. ; ls15/BPH61
0f0704 Transfer Overtime Table chute has not ascended smoothly resulting in an
overtime alm. ; BPH60
(Cause 1) This error occurs when the X/Y chute does not descend or ascend.
• The sensor may be dirty.
• The P.C.B. was trapped in the X/Y chute.
• The reference hole of the P.C.B. is not suitable for the outline reference pin.
• The reference hole of the P.C.B. is small and the P.C.B. does not come off.
(Remedy 1) Press the [RETURN] button to cancel the error display and remove the cause of
the error. Then, perform the zeroing operation
0f0705 Transfer Overtime The transfer was not completely sent during the set time.
0f0706 Transfer Overtime The transfer was not completely returned during the set time.
(Cause 1) This error occurs when the machine does not take a P.C.B. forward or backward
transfer action.
The sensor may be dirty.
(Cause 2) The P.C.B. transfer belt may be slack.
(Remedy 1) Press the [RETURN] button to cancel the error display and remove the cause
due to which the machine does not take a P.C.B. forward or backward transfer
action.
Wipe off dirt on the sensor and perform the zeroing operation.
(Remedy 2) It is required to replace the P.C.B. transfer belt because it is worn out.

100101 X/Y Chute Width Origin Output signal from the pulse motor driver was not detected.
100102 X/Y Chute Width Origin Feedback value is indefinite.
100103 X/Y Chute Width Origin The table-y is not at origin.
(Cause 1) Self-Diagnostics Error Message
(Remedy 1) Zero all axes and re-start the operation.
When the machine cannot be set to its normal condition, consult our service
personnel for the remedy.
100201 X/Y Chute Width Timing Task has not been completed unable to continue.
(Cause 1) Self-Diagnostics Error Message
(Remedy 1) Zero all axes and re-start the operation.

personnel for the remedy.
100301 X/Y Chute Width Data The driver data was detected outside of the possible range.
(Cause 1) The "Product Change" tab sheet was opened and the manual axis operation was
performed to widen the width from the origin position. Or, the manual axis opera-
tion was performed to make the width narrower.
(Remedy 1) Cancel the error display with the [RETURN] button and perform the manual axis
operation in the correct direction.
100401 X/Y Chute Width Limit (+) Limit error has been detected. ;BPH73 E/NR
100402 X/Y Chute Width Limit (-) Limit error has been detected. ;BPH74 E/NR
(Cause 1) An optical beam of the sensor is shielded.
(Cause 2) Dirt adheres to the sensor and the optical beam is shielded.
(Remedy 1) Turn off the power supply and move the conveyor width with the manual knob for
easier operation. Re-attach the light shield plate or the sensor securely (remove
the looseness).
pen the "Product Change" tab sheet and confirm that the chute width can be
changed as specified.
If necessary, correct the "Clearance" data for the chute width.
(Remedy 2) Wipe off dirt on the sensor and zero the chute width.
