02**2213** The lead position (LATL DIR) is incorrect.
02**2214** The lead position (LONG DIR) is incorrect.
(Cause 1) The results of the lead inspection differ from the parameters specified in the
component library data for the selected components.
(Remedy 1) Check the leads of the selected component and the component library
data.
Correct wrong parameters if they are set in the component library data.

02**2300** Error in Electrode (Ball) Inspection
02**2301** The Electrode(ball) position is incorrect.
02**2302** There is Electrode(ball) of the size outside permissible value.
(Cause 1) There is a difference between the results of the electrode (ball) inspection
of the selected component and the component library data.
(Remedy 1) Check the electrodes (balls) of the selected component and the compo-
nent library data.
Correct wrong parameters if they are set in the component library
data.
02**2400** Error in Polarity Detection.
02**2401** Failed in Polarity Detection.
02**2402** The detected polarity differs from specification.
(Cause 1) There is a difference between the results of the polarity determination of the
selected component and the component library data.
(Remedy 1) Check the polarity of the selected component and the component library
data.
Correct wrong parameters if they are set in the component library
data.
02**2900** Picked Posture Error
02**2901** The pick angular skew is big.
02**2902** The pick-up position has deviated greatly in X direction.
02**2903** The pick-up position has deviated greatly in Y direction.
02**2904** The pick-up position has deviated greately in X or Y direction.
(Cause 1) When a component is picked up, the pick-up positions (X and Y) and angle
have shifted greatly from the correct ones.
(Cause 2) When the tape is fed, a component is turned vertically.
(Remedy 1) Check the selected component and the tape feeder.
Check if the feeder (B) offset data is correct.
Check if the component library data is correct.
(Remedy 2) Check the selected component and the tape feeder.

02**3100** Error in Corner Detection
02**3101** More than two corners of a component are hidden by the protruded nozzle.
02**3102** Corner Not Detected.
(Cause 1) The pick-up position has shifted from the specified one in the X direction.

(Cause 2) The tapered part of the vacuum nozzle end or the diffusion plate is stained.
Fig. 4B24
(Remedy 1) Check the component and the tape feeder.
(Remedy 2) Clean the vacuum nozzle end or the diffusion plate.
02**3200** Error in Center of Gravity Detection
02**3201** The component shape (size) is not applicable.
02**3202** Failed in Corner Detection.
02**3203** Failed in Center of Gravity Detection.
(Cause 1) The selected component does not match the nozzle.
(Cause 2) The component is bent due to weak vacuum suction forc
(Remedy 1) Check the selected component and the vacuum nozzle.
(Remedy 2) Check the vacuum pressure.
