nance.

1. Periodic Maintenance

1.1 Precautionary Items before Maintenance

This session describes how to perform inspections, cleaning, lubrica-

tion, and adjustment to keep the machine in good shape.

It is recommended that periodic maintenance of the machine should

be ensured.

• Only qualified personnel should perform maintenance work carefully

in compliance with the specified procedures.

• Before performing maintenance work, turn off the power and air

sources and lock the power breaker using the padlock.

If maintenance work is performed with the machine powered, a major

injury or a damage might be caused due to a malfunction of the ma-

chine or an unexpected operation by the third party.

After the end of maintenance work, be sure to attach the machine

cover.

• Designate a person who can have charge of the padlock key.

• If the provided padlock is lost or damaged, purchase its substitute.
