Error ID Error Name, Description, Cause, and Remedy
1201000 Output Conveyor Width Origin
Zeroing opn. was incompleted, within specied time.
(Cause 1) Dirt adheres to the sensor and the optical beam is shielded.
(Cause 2) The sensor (B391) (Right ow
B371) is defective.
(Cause 3) The d
river is malfunctioning or an error has occurred during communication with
the host CPU.
(Remedy 1) Wipe off the dirt on the sensor and zero the output conveyor width axis again.
(Remedy 2) It is required to replace the sensor with a new one. Contact our service
personnel for details.
(Remedy 3) Shut down the power of the machine once and power up the machine again.
After that, zero the output conveyor width axis. If this operation does not reset
the machine to its normal condition, the driver may be defective. Contact our
service personnel for details.
1202000 Output Conveyor Width Origin
Detect lost pulse error.
(Cause 1) The motor is overloaded and has a loss of synchronism.
(Remedy 1) Check for any obstacle around the output conveyor width axis and perform
the zeroing operation. If this operation does not reset the machine to its
normal condition, contact our service personnel for details.
1205000 Output Conveyor Width Driver
Driver alarm signal was detected.
1208000 Output Conveyor Width Driver
Driver Over-Heat
(Cause 1) Self-Diagnostics Error Message
(Remedy 1) Zero all axes and restart the operation. If this operation does not reset the
machine to its normal condition, contact our service personnel for details.
1211000 Output Conveyor Width Interlock
PCB was exist on conveyor.
(Cause 1)
No operation is possible because a PCB still exists on the conveyor.
(Cause 2) The PCB detection sensors (B44 and B45) are defective.
(Remedy 1) Remove the PCB and restart the operation.
(Remedy 2) Check how the sensors are working in "DEVICE CHECK" window.
When the sensors are not working, it is required to replace the sensors with
new ones. Contact our service personnel for details.
1212000 Output Conveyor Width Data
The data was detected outside of the possible range.
(Cause 1) Self-Diagnostics Error Message
(Remedy 1) Zero all axes and restart the operation. If the machine is not reset to its
normal condition, shut down the power of the machine once and power up
the machine again. After that, restart the operation. When the same error still
occurs, contact our service personnel for details.
1213000 Output Conveyor Width Origin
Zeroing Opn. Not Complete.
(Cause 1) The motor axis was activated before the zeroing operation was completed.
(Remedy 1) Perform the zeroing operation.

(Remedy 1) Set a larger parameter in the "Output Conveyor" text box of the "Timer Setting
(sec)" group box in the "Transfer Mode" window.
(Remedy 2)
Set a larger parameter in the “PCB Input Speed” data box in the "Conveyor
Transfer" window.
(Remedy 3) Check how the sensor is working in "DEVICE CHECK" window
.
When the sensor is not working, it is required to adjust the sensor position or
replace the sensor with a new one. Contact our service personnel for details.
1304000 Output Conveyor Time Over
PCB was not transfered to outp.conv. within specied time.
(Cause 1) The set value of the timer is too short.
(Cause 2) Communication Error with Output Machine
