: Fit the assembly rail onto the adapter plate. Use the M4 x 10 mm countersunk head screws.

: Push the stopper module onto the assembly rail and set it to the appropriate PCB length in one
of the two notches.

2.7.2 HS-60 without pressure sensor on the conveyor
: Remove the black spacers.

: Fix the assembly rail with spacer washers and black spacers using the M4 x 16 mm counter-
sunk head screws on the fixed conveyor side wall.
The remaining steps are as described for installing the stopper with pressure sensor on the con-
veyor. 2

2.8 Compressed air connection
: Connect the compressed air connection to the compressed air supply on the machine's inter-
mediate conveyor. Use the Y-shaped distributor to do this.
