1 Nachrüstanleitung SOKO
Stopper für ASE SIPLACE HS-60
1.1 Funktionsbeschreibung
Der Einbau eines mechanischen Stoppermoduls ermöglicht eine variable Einstellung des Bear-
beitungsbereichs. Eine SOKO-Transport-Firmware deaktiviert die Lichtschranke im Bestückbe-
reich und integriert das Stopper-Modul mit Sonarbero. 1
Zusätzlich wird in der Transport-TSP-Firmware die SOKO Hubtischklemmung für ASE berück-
sichtigt. 1
1.2 Voraussetzungen
1.3 Restriktionen
– Zur Transportwangen-Kalibrierung muß der Stopper von der Montageschiene entfernt werden,
da die minimale Transportbreite nur noch ca. 52 mm beträgt.
– Der Drucksensor auf der Transportsteuerung muß am DIL-Schalter S4 Nr. 3 deaktiviert wer-
den.
