1. Specications of Backup Jig Making
It is required to make a PCB backup jig or a vacuum jig in accordance with the
PCB width and the condition of the PCB when printing is performed, using the
backup jig.
PCB Backup Jig
The whole area (back side) of the PCB must be supported by one block. When the
back of the PCB does not have any protuberance, this jig can be used effectively.

PCB Vacuum Jig
The PCB is absorbed and clamped. This is applicable for a thin or a warped PCB.
Note
When a PCB has many through holes, it may not be picked up. In this
