Description
The ISM6636A/B is a high power density,
fully integrated synchronous buck converter.
It is also easy to use since it is fully
integrated with output inductor and
capacitors. It works with wide input voltage
range and can support up to 4A continuous
output current. LDO is integrated internally,
which is very suitable for single input supply
condition. External bias is optional for
maximizing the efficiency. A differential
sensing scheme voltage achieve ±1%
output voltage tolerance over full
temperature range. The ISM6636A/B
provides excellent line and load regulations.
The ISM6636A/B can also support I2C
serial interface communication. It can be
programmed to support both fast mode and
fast mode plus. In addition, it provides
telemetry reading for PVIN, VOUT and
Temp.
The ISM6636A/B has fully integrated
protection features including pre-bias start-
up, soft-start protection, temperature
compensated OCP, NOCP, OVP, UVP and
over temperature protection (OTP) with
auto-recovery.
