Oven status
SYSTEM SETUP
The oven enters the system setup state any time an action is performed such as calibrations, during
QUICK COOL, MANUAL RAIL WIDTH ADJUST
, and other similar functions. This occurs automatically to
temporarily disable any non-critical alarms which may be affected, and the Yellow light on the light tower
will be on.
The Oven Status Bar will display: SETUP
ALARM SHUTDOWN
When a Critical Alarm condition is detected in the oven, an alarm message will be displayed and shutdown
will occur. An alarm shutdown can occur when any parameter set for critical alarm goes over
(or under) acceptable limits.
The Color of the zone's temparature bar indicates the deviation to the setpoint. Green = OK, Blue =
too cold, Red = too Hot
The Oven Status Bar will display: SHUTDOWN: ALARM
The Event & Alarm log will display the reason for the alarm shutdown.
