T型扳手(其它随机工具)或六角扳手

7.1.2. Air Cylinder替换次序
1. 操作示教框把Head Assembly最大限度地往两边移动。
2. 请正常关闭PC后，关闭设备前面的Main Switch。
3. 为了拆卸Back Up Plate请除去对应Back Up Plate固定用固定螺丝.
4. 请除去连接在气缸接头的空气管。

5. 拧开气缸固定到Upper driving link的固定螺丝(M4-4个)替换cylinder module。此时请勿
除去Upper Plate 。
6. 替换时尽量把cylinder module紧贴到Upper driving link。

7. 首先固定Cylinder Body 的两个Ring Fixer后，Cylinder Joint部Ring Fixer的Set Screw(M
4-2个)稍微拧松一些。
