● Remove the 4 rubber-metal vibration dampers from the retaining brackets (left and right) and install the
new dampers (item no.: see Section 14.1.2).

● Set the cutter back on the retaining brackets (with the rubber-metal vibration dampers)

(see Fig. 14.1.1 -> 5).
● Perform all the remaining steps as described in Section 14.1.15 under "Installing".
● Perform the appropriate “Final Steps.
14.1.17 Final Steps
● After disassembly work on the cutter in particular, check whether all of the parts of the cutter (e.g.,
including the cover plate over the movable blade: see Fig. 14.1.4 -> 3 and the cover over the controller
board: see Fig. 14.1.9 -> 14) are completely reassembled and all of the bolts are tightened.
● Where applicable, place the tape chute back into the machine from above.
● Move the changeover table back into the machine or (in the case of F4/F5) install the component table
again and set it up.
● Turn the compressed air back on at the main switch on the compressed air unit.

● Load the SITEST program and actuate the cutting strokes (asee Operating Manual "SITEST Program").
● Exit the SITEST program, turn the key-operated switch to the normal position and lock up the key.

to make certain that all empty-tape ends are correctly guided downward in the
empty-tape duct. Start the placement sequence.
