1 Take the maintained head out of transport
container.
2 Place the head on the hook. 3 Fasten the left side screws fixing the head
(1) to (2) torque 2.7.
4 Fasten the 2 right side screws fixing the
head (1) to (2) torque 2.7.
5 Connect the 2 camera cables. 6 Connect the ribbon cables (1) and fix with
the two clips (2).

1 Move the gantries to the outside end limit. 2 Area of the head to be cleaned. 3 Remove any components from Z-Axis.
4 If OK → next job.
