1 Check head status C&P20 P/ CPP

2 Shut down and remove tables and exchange nozzles with JTF-ML

3 Shut down and remove tables and exchange nozzles without JTF-ML

4 Empty and clean nozzle reject bin

5 Remove the CPP head

6 Return a maintained CPP head

7 Cleaning the Z-Axis C&P20 P

8 Check and clean the magnetic surfaces of X- and Y-Axis

9 Clean conveyors, lifting tables, gantry cables

10 Maintain the transport

11 Clean/ replace the head exhaust filter

12 Check and replace compressed air filter

13 Maintain the tape cutter

14 Check/ replace the vacuum pump filter disk

15 Clean feeder modules and cut the tapes

16 Switch on machine and return the tables with JTF-ML

17 Switch on machine and return the tables without JTF-ML

18 Calibrating CPP Head

19 Check the cover fans

20 Check filter disc: C&P20 P
