operate

machine

and

kept
open
.

with

a
major
injury
or

damage
will
result
.
Confirm
that
the

doors
and

are
closed
.
If
not
,
be
sure
to
close
them
.

lock
the

breaker

padlock
.

maintenance

malfunction

operation

.

end
