SIPLACE Pro saves all data in a database (Microsoft SQL Server). All clients, such as the Desk,
communicate via the Business Layer with the SIPLACE Pro Server.
The system installation can be distributed on several computers.

2 Scope of Delivery
2.1 Packages
The Basic Software License SIPLACE Pro V9.x (item-no. 00116512-01) includes:
1 SIPLACE Pro Factory License (without connection to the SIPLACE stations)
The Media Package SIPLACE Pro V9.3 (item-no. 00116511-02) includes the following data carriers:
1 CD-ROM with SIPLACE Pro 9.3
1 CD-ROM with OIS application V9.3 (item-no. 00388671-02)
Support Media Version 1.12, (item-no. 00388792-01)
The Upgrade Software License SIPLACE Pro 9.x (item-no. 00116513-01) includes:
1 SIPLACE Pro Upgrade License (without connection to the SIPLACE stations)
precondition for a successful upgrade is a valid previous license 8.x
Note:
On the first Support Media DVD you will find the programs necessary for installing
SIPLACE Pro, such as ErrorReporting, License Manager.
