When chip recognition is required
When following troubles occur, check teaching the chip recognition.
Case 1. At specified unit during produc-
tion, a recognition error occurs.
Case 2. By recognition fault information in
reference production report, many
errors occur at specified unit.

Many recognition errors are due to a problem with chip data, but they can be rectified by correcting.
It can be thought that teaching the chip recognition is mainly used for checking chip data, as for
chip other than block matching recognition.
Although the chips with problems can be checked by teaching the chip recognition, check the
following items first.
a) Check that chip data in use is proper.
