The machine has been stopped only temporarily.

PERIODICALLY REMOVE DUST
FROM POWER PLUG.
Dust on the plug may result in fire caused by
defective insulation because of moisture.
Pull out the power plug and wipe off dirt with dry
cloth.
If the machine is not going to be used for a long
period, turn off the breaker connected with the
machine.

Damaged cord and plug may cause electric shock,

Hold the plug when plugging in or unplugging.
