3-6 PCB Transfer Test

After adjusting transfer rail width and supporters, carry out the board transfer test and check that

board is transferred without catching on the way.

NOTICE

Actually, transfer test of whole line is carried out. This section describes the test

in the case of board on the conveyor after pre-process, completing the transfer

test before this.

1. Turn on servo switch.

• During transferring, board at the transfer end

position lights as Carry in → Load → Unload →

Carry out, and after transferring the board at

the transfer start position goes out and lights at

the end position.

∗ Repeating the same operation two times

makes a board transferring error.

Press the emergency stop button to remove

the board.
