Description
Permanent magnets are used in the tape feeding and cover tape take-up sections of
the tape feeder.
Do not allow any person who wears an implanted pacemaker to handle the tape
feeders. Otherwise, the pacemaker may be affected by magnetism, causing a serious
accident.

Description
This label indicates that high voltage is applied to the area. Residual voltages may
remain behind for a few minutes in the internal devices of the machine after power
interception.
Before performing maintenance work, wait until the charge lamps of the DC power
supply and the servoamplier go "OFF" in 10 minutes or more after the power
breaker is set to "OFF".

Description
Before connecting to the breaker's primary power leading-in section, connect the
grounding cable (PE).
Imperfect grounding will cause an electric shock.

Description
When a cover (Transparent Cover) is opened or closed, be sure to hold the grip and
slowly move the cover up or down. Otherwise, your hand and ngers might get
caught in the door and get injured.

Before maintenance work, shut off the power breaker and lock it with the padlock.
Even when the power breaker is set to "OFF", the primary line is powered, making
it possible to cause an electric shock.
Be sure to completely stop the power supply to the machine before maintenance
work.

Do not drop a head. Otherwise, a foot injury will result or the head itself may be
damaged.
Carefully handle each head one by one and do not drop any.

Pay attention to the moving mechanisms!
Your hand might be caught in the moving section.
Do not put your hand into the cover opening during
the machine operation.
Description
Do not put your hand inside the machine while the machine is running.
Otherwise, your hand may be trapped in the moving mechanisms, causing injury.

Do not put your hand in the moving area while the feeder base is moving up or
down.
While the LED of a [FEEDER READY] switch is ickering, it indicates that the
feeder base is moving upward or downward.

Description
Strong permanent magnets are used in the moving sections of the X/Y beam.

Do not bring any metal of high magnetizability close to this. Otherwise, such
metal will easily be magnetized and attracted, causing an injury to the operator or
breakdown of the machine.

Do not bring any object such as a magnetic card or a watch close to the magnets.
Such an object can easily be affected by the magnetism. Otherwise, the data of the
magnetic car might be cleared or a watch, etc., may be damaged due to the strong
magnetism.
