Nachrüstanleitung Option "Durchtransport"
Diese Nachrüstanleitung bezieht sich auf den Einbau der Option "Durchtransport"
für Siplace Automaten der Reihe HF, D3, X2, X3 und X4.
Mit dieser Option ist es möglich die Transportbänder der Maschinen ohne den
Steuerrechner anzutreiben.
Der Einbau der Option besteht aus 2 Arbeitsschritten.
- 1 Einbau des Modul "Relais mit Selbsthaltung"
- 2 Einbau des "Taster Durchtransport" an der Transportsteuerung.
In den genannten Maschinen werden 2 leicht unterschiedliche Hauptverteiler verwendet.
Aus diesem Grunde wird der Einbau des Moduls "Relais mit Selbsthaltung" getrennt
für die Hauptverteiler 03046225-0x und 03010004-0x behandelt.
Daraus ergibt sich für Punkt 1 Variante a und b.
Allgemeine Angaben.
Der Einbau aller Teile ist nur bei abgeschalteter Maschine durchzuführen.
Die Arbeiten sollen von entsprechendem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.
Kenntnisse der Maschinen, Lage und Zugang zum Hauptverteiler und zum
Pneumatikbereich, in welchem die Transportsteuerung untergebracht ist,
werden vorausgesetzt.
1a. Einbau des Modul "Relais mit Selbsthaltung" im Hauptverteiler 03046225-0x.
Das Modul "Relais mit Selbsthaltung" im Hauptverteiler im unteren Freiraum auf die
Hutschiene setzen. Siehe Zeichnung links.
Die schwarze Leitung an die Klemme 24 "Software St_Ein" klemmen.
Die orange Leitung an die Klemme 22 "+24V" klemmen.
(bei belegter Klemme kann auch eine andere +24V Klemme verwendet werden)
Die weiße Leitung an die Klemme 11 "GND" klemmen.
(bei belegter Klemme kann auch eine andere GND Klemme verwendet werden)
Das Kabel mit dem Taster wird durch den Unterbau, in den Bereich Druckluft, zu der
Transportsteuerung geführt.
Das Kabel an vorhandene Kabel mit Kabelbindern befestigen.

Retrofit kit instruction Option "pass-through transport"
This retrofit kit instruction refers to the installation of the option
"pass-through transport" for Siplace machines of the type HF, D3, X2, X3 und X4.
With this option it is to drive the conveyor belts of the machines without the control
computer possibly.
The installation of the option consists of 2 work procedures.
1. Installation module "relay with lock"
2. Installation "push-button of the pass-through transport" at the transport control.
Two easily different main distribution frames are used in the mentioned machines.
For this reason the installation of the module "relay with lock" is treated separated
for the main distribution frames 03046225-0x and 03010004-0x .
Out of this gives up for point 1 version a and b.
General data.
The installation of all parts has to be carried out only at machine switched off.
The work is to be accomplished by appropriate technical personnel.
Knowledge of the machines, situation and admission to the main distribution frame
and to the pneumatics area in which the transport control is put, is required.
1a. Installation module "relay with lock " in the main distributor frame 030 46225-0x.
Putting the module "relay with lock" on the top hat rail in the main distribution frame
in the lower clearance. See drawing on the left.
Clamp the black wire to the terminal of 24 "software ctrl_on".
Clamp the orange wire to the terminal of 22 "+24V".
(another +24V clamp also can be used at an occupied clamp )
Clamp the white wire to the terminal of 11 "GND".
(another GND clamp also can be used at an occupied clamp )
The cable with the push-button is led by the bottom section, into the area compressed
air, to the transport control.
Fastening the cable to available cables with cable ties.
