A jig for cleaning HG22C or HG33C from the tip with a pin gauge, is provided.

Insert the nozzle from the tip section into the jig and insert the pin gauge gently
into the nozzle tip hole with the nozzle pressed against the jig.
In the case that the pin gauge is not easily inserted, do not insert it forcibly, but
repeat the pin gauge moving up and down operations.

5.6 Hydraulic Cleaning Machine
The use of a commercially available hydraulic cleaning machine is available.
Example : Mac3 III (Maker : Nakamura Cyoukou)
Note
When the hole is clogged with solder paste, the cleaning operation might not be
available.
Clean it also with the pin gauge.
After the cleaning, dry it completely with air-blow or dryer.
