3. Remove the red plastic nyliner from the lubrication bore.
4. Lubricate the spindle lubrication bore with the grease gun.
5. Put the plastic nyliner back in the lubrication bore.
The lift gate is greased.

Exchanging the AOI transport belts
Required: Socket wrench with 5 mm Allen socket
Socket wrench with 4 mm Allen socket
Socket wrench with 3 mm Allen socket
Socket wrench with 2 mm Allen socket
Removing the
transport belts
Perform the following work steps:
1. Move the transport track to the front in the middle of the AOI
section. Start removing the transport belt from the fixed trans-
port side plate.

2. Use the socket wrench (5 mm Allen socket) to remove the 4
screws from the traverse.
3. Remove the motor cable from its clips.
Remove the traverse and put it aside.
