Exchanging the AOI transport belts
Required: Socket wrench with 5 mm Allen socket
Socket wrench with 4 mm Allen socket
Socket wrench with 3 mm Allen socket
Socket wrench with 2 mm Allen socket
Removing the
transport belts
Perform the following work steps:
1. Move the transport track to the front in the middle of the AOI
section. Start removing the transport belt from the fixed trans-
port side plate.

2. Use the socket wrench (5 mm Allen socket) to remove the 4
screws from the traverse.
3. Remove the motor cable from its clips.
Remove the traverse and put it aside.

4. Measure the PCB overlap width and note down the value for
installing the new transport belt.
5. Use the socket wrench (3 mm Allen socket) to remove the 6
screws from the end stop guide rail.
Now remove the end stop guide rail and put it aside.
