4. Span the belt around the outer guide rollers and the tensioning
rollers.
5. Tighten the belt with the belt tensioning roller; use the socket
wrench (2 mm Allen socket) to tighten the screw.

6. Install the end stop guide rail by firmly tightening the 8 screws
with the socket wrench (3 mm Allen socket). Be absolutely
certain that the PCB overlap width value measured during the
disassembly is the same for the assembly.
7. Install the clamping unit evenly, without tilting or bending.

8. Mount the traverse by tightening the screws on the movable
transport plate with the socket wrench (5 mm Allen socket) and
the screws on the movable transport plate with the shortened
socket wrench (5 mm Allen socket).
The traverse must lie against the end stop.
9. Make sure the end stop rail guide catches on the traverse
correctly.
10.Use the socket wrench (2 mm Allen socket) to screw down the
cable carrier mount.
