Check the Nozzles
1. Use a magnifying glass to examine the nozzles – re-
clean if required or replace if defective.
2. Ceramic nozzle after cleaning.
3. Refit the nozzle magazines to the changers.
Ensure the magazines are fitted to the correct location.
(A) Magazine numbering locations 1 & 2
(B) Magazine numbering locations 3 & 4.
(T) Transport Direction

Cleaning of the C &P 20 heads
1. The rubber disk on the filter must not be damaged. If
there any damaged filter disks then contact your
supervisor as they should be replaced.
Weekly PM (70x) - Clean the Stationary Camera Lens :

Clean the S tationary Camera Lens
1. Remove the stationary camera.
2. Carefully clean the glass lens of the camera with a
lens cloth.
3. Refit the stationary camera.
Reboot the machine by turning on the main power switch.
It will take around 2 minutes for the machine to be ready.
