空洞数量和大小的工艺控制标准阻止空洞的常规出

A-2、表 A-3 和图 A-3 所示）。本标准基于大小和节距
定义了空洞可接受性的特性。
当可塌陷焊球连接至连接盘图形时，焊球呈椭球形而
不是一致的圆球形。因此，焊球中心处的焊点直径通
常大于焊球与连接盘界面的直径。应用于不同焊球大
小和连接盘大小，判定标准会得出不同的空洞大小。
