: Unscrew the mount.

: Gantry 1 and 3 only:
Remove the spiral hose and keep it on one side (see photograph).
: Detach all the compressed air hoses on the right and left of the X-axis motor.
Note the correct positions or label the hoses before you detach them.

: Unplug all the cables on the top side of the head board.

: Loosen all the fixing screws on the head board. You may have to remove the piggy-back
boards in order to do this.
: Now remove the head board.
: Unplug the ribbon cable connectors on the underside of the head board.

: Loosen the screws in the clamp on the placement head.

: Detach the compressed air hoses on the placement head as follows:
HS-50: on the vacuum generator,
HS-60: on the clamp strip.
