ADJUSTMENTS AND SETTINGS
Pulse DC Mode
Settings
The air ionizer settings are factory set. Use the following graphic and table to
ensure that the switches on the control panel of the air ionizer are set correctly.
NOTE
Setting this trimmer correctly requires the separate use of measuring equipment
to verify the ion balance.
No. Description Function
1 Zero Adjust Trimmer Used to adjust the ion balance when the auto
balance sensor is not in use. This is factory set and
should not need adjustment. *See Note
2 Frequency Select Rotary Switch Position 0 = 1Hz
Position 1 = 3Hz
Position 2 = 5Hz
Position 4 = 10Hz
Position 5 = 20Hz (Factory recommended setting)
Position 6 = 30Hz
Position 7 = 60Hz
Position 8 = N/A
Position 9 = N/A
3 Level Select Switch Electrode stain level is detected. In the manual
mode, only positions H, M & L are functional.
Preset to position M. See stain detection for
details.
4 Alarm NDL Check Illuminates (Red) when electrode stain is detected.
Blinks during detection.
5SNSR N/A
6 HV Illuminates (Red) when an abnormal current flows
through an electrode needle.
7 ION + Illuminates (Orange) when positive ions are being
generated.
8 ION OK N/A
9 ION - Illuminates (Blue) when negative ions are being
generated.
10 Power SNSR N/A
11 Power Main Illuminates (Green) when power is present. Blinks
if power is interrupted.

Air Regulator The air regulator sets the air pressure to the air ionizer and must be set to
0.20MPa (2.0 bar). To adjust the air pressure, use the following procedure:
1. Pull the regulator control valve upwards to unlock it.
2. Turning the regulator control valve clockwise to increase the pressure or
anti-clockwise to decrease the pressure, set the pressure to 0.20MPa (2.0
bar).
3. With the pressure set, push the regulator control valve downwards to lock it.
