1 Nachrüstanleitung für LP-Kamera

Multicolor HS-50 / HS-60

1.1 Übersicht

In dieser Anleitung ist die Nachrüstung der Option "LP-Kamera Multicolor" an SIPLACE HS-50

und HS-60 beschrieben.

Die optionale LP-Kamera Multicolor wird anstelle der Unterportalkamera (LP-Kamera mit Nor-

mallicht) und der optionalen Schräglichtbeleuchtung eingesetzt. Sie dient der Verbesserung der

Markenerkennung und der im Ergebnis höheren Genauigkeit der Bestückung.

Mit der LP-Kamera Multicolor kann mindestens das gesamte Spektrum der bisher mit Normal-

licht oder Schräglicht erkannten Marken erfaßt werden.

1.2 Voraussetzungen

Die Nachrüstung muß immer an allen Portalen erfolgen.

HS-50

– Softwareversion ab 502.01

– Die modulare Kopfplatine muss für den Betrieb der Multicolor-Kamera montiert sein.

Falls sie nicht montiert ist, muss sie nachgerüstet werden:
