A placement force of 3 to 5 N at the C&P head.
End signal X-, Y-, Star-axis:

6.3.32.1 Advantage of placement with increased placement force
This "increased placement force" at placement offer you (on all stations):
– a good contact to the solder paste for large components / large contact surfaces to the PCB.
– A delay of ~20 ms compared to the standard placement cycle.

This special mode is ONLY on SC/MC 503 station and higher.
End signal X-, Y-, Star-axis:
– all 3 end signal available
– vacuum check before placement is executed (alternatively the component check in the
comp.sensor).

LB above switches:
– solenoid air kiss ON
– enable LB bottom
special mode: 44 digit (1 mm) before target Z-height the Z-axis move with minimum speed
LB bottom switches:
– End signal positioning downward;
– valve drive, pick up- placement position, to air kiss
6.3.33.1 Advantage of special mode "brake slow" -move slow into Z-target position
This "break slow" at placement offer you (on SC/MC 503 stations and higher):
– a bubble free contact of the FLIP-CHIP component into a filling material.
– A delay of ~20 ms compared to the standard placement cycle.

This special mode is ONLY on SC/MC 503 station and higher.
LB bottom switch:
– End signal positioning downward; valve drive, pick up- placement position, to air kiss;
– Measure air kiss pressure component placed
– Start term to move up
Z-axis started:
– Z-axis positioning upwards for 44 digit with start speed. (The vacuum inside nozzle had
gone)
LB above:
– reset solenoid for air kiss
– reset LB bottom signal
– enable start for gantry axes
Z-axis end signal (Z-axis on 0-position):
– enable start for Star-axis
– (503) vacuum check after placement

This "start slow" after placement offer you (on SC/MC 503 stations and higher):
– The danger to take a component after placement from the PCB is reduced.
– A delay of ~20 ms compared to the standard placement cycle.
