The feed axis is deactivated when the protective cover is opened.
The end of the slide rail of the feed axis is physically adjusted so
that it comes into line with the outer edge of the waffle pack tray
carrier in Level 1. This position can then be accepted as the new
transfer position by clicking OK.

Catch
Engage
The catch is engaged in the waffle pack
tray carrier. This allows a waffle pack tray
carrier to be moved out of the tower.
Disengage
The catch is then disengaged, so that the
tower can be moved.
Apply
Applies the taught position. A reference
run is then started.
Opens the Teach removal
position dialog box where you can
select the cassette for which the
removal position is to be taught.
Select the cassette
for which the removal
position is to be
determined.
After selecting the cassette the saved
removal position is approached and
the Teach removal position dialog
box is opened which allows you
engage or disengage the catch.

Save Machine-Data: With the SW 601, it is not possible to save the data onto the floppy disc.
Now you can choose a folder and save the mtc.ma (e.g. Memory Stick)

The file mtc.ma, which contains the machine
data for the MTC, is copied from floppy disk
to the directory C:\SRDaten\srcma of the
station computer. The machine data is then
transferred to the MTC.
This saves the changes to the machine data
of the MTC in a file called mtc.ma which is
located in the directory C:\SRDaten\srcma
of the station computer. The file mtc.ma is
subsequently copied to floppy disk.
