Check the clearance between the fixed and the movable cutter blades.
Record the current clearance.
Feeler gauge
Loosen the screws holding the fixed blade block
Allen key 4 mm
Screw M5 12 pcs.
Raising the fixed blade block, lightly tighten the screws.

Adjust the clearance, hammering the fixed blade block.

Screw M5 9 pcs.
Check the clearance.
Specification:
0 to 0.02 mm
Feeler gauge
Tighten the screws holding the fixed balde block.
Allen key 4 mm
Screw M5 12 pcs.
Put back the cutter unit.

Lowering the fixed cutter blade slowly,.
adjust the gap of the movable and the
fixed cutter blades.
If lower excessively, return to Step 4
and raise the cutter blade.
