Press [Unlock] and [Xyaxis org offset mgf teach] simultaneously.
The head camera recognizes the mark.
The offset for the magnification of the camera
is entered.
Check data after teaching.
Offsets are entered automatically into the screen below:
Offset range:
Magnifying power
PCB recog camera:
X: 0.0096 to 0.0104
Y: 0.0096 to 0.0104
Origin offset:
X: -2.0 mm to +2.0 mm
Y: -2.0 mm to +2.0 mm

Clean the upper surface of the thermal correction mark beforehand.
Remove the feeder cover.

Remarks
Press [Zaxis origin offset].
When using three
nozzles, follow Steps 1 to
8.
Select the stage to be taught.
When selecting the stage,
check that [Gang] is
selected.
Press [Unlock] and [Return to origin] simultaneously.
The selected stage returns to the origin.
Press [Unlock] and [Jig setting] simultaneously.
The head moves to the nozzle setting
position (over the NG box).
Set Nozzle 1003 on all
nozzle positions.
