Maintenance Adjustment Light Transfer-Head Assembly (3 nozzles)
Remarks
Press [Pickup position].
Select the stage to be taught.
Check that [XY] and [Z]
are highlighted.
Check that the left table is
selected.
If the right table is
selected, press [Teach
Posi R table] in order to
select the left table.
Press [Unlock] and [Jig setting] simultaneously.
Place the jig on Feeder
Table Position 2.
Place Nozzle 1003 onto
Head 3.
Press [Unlock] and [Jig setting] simultaneously.
The head moves to the jig. → The holes
of the jig are recognized. (X・Y)→ Head 1
descends. (Z)

Item
Press [Teach Posi L table].
Change to [Teach Posi R table]. If the left table is selected,
press [Teach Posi L table]
in order to select the right
table.
Press [Unlock] and [Jig setting] simultaneously.
Place the jig on the
Feeder Table Position 27
of the selected stage.
Press [Unlock] and [Pick pos teach] simultaneously.
The head moves to the jig. → The holes
of the jig are recognized. (X・Y)→ Head 1
descends. (Z)
Press [Unlock] and [Jig remove] simultaneously.
The head moves to the nozzle setting
position (over NG box).
Remove the jig and the
nozzle.

Item
Press the "Return" key.
To save the machine
parameters, press the
"Return" key.
Press [Unlock] and [Run] simultaneously.
The axes for the selected stage move to
the origin.
Offsets are entered into the screen below:
Offset range:
X=±1.0㎜
Y=±1.0㎜
Z=±1.0㎜
