Machinery Part Replacement 12-Nozzle Head Teaching
• Remove the shadow-light-intensity-
teaching jig from the machine.
• Remove the direct-light-intensity-
teaching jig from the number 5 nozzle
holder of the stage to teach.
cRemove the shadow-light-intensity-
teaching jig from the machine.
d Put the direct-light-intensity-teaching
jig on the number 5 nozzle holder of the
stage to teach.
The most suitable direct-light intensity is
calculated automatically, and saved in
the machine parameters.
(Average: 80 to 90%)
Remarks
Press [Jig remove] and [Jig setting]
Press [Direct light tch]
Press [Jig remove].

Clean the upper surface of the changer beforehand.
Be sure to carry out this teaching after shadow mount position teaching.

Remarks
Press [Nozzle changer].
Select the stage to teach.
Press [Jig setting].
• The upper shutter of the nozzle changer
is opened.
• Fit the nozzle-change-position-teaching
jig on the nozzle changer.
• Fit the Nozzle 130S on the number 3
nozzle holder of the stage to teach.
Press [Exchange pos tch].
• The camera recognizes the fiducial
mark of the nozzle changer, and then the
nozzle-change-position-teaching jig.

Caution
The convex portion of
the jig should face
downwards.
Main body of nozzle changer
If the jig is not fit on the nozzle changer securely, it
may interfere with the shutter when the changer
shutter is closed.
