Clean the upper surface of the changer beforehand.
Be sure to carry out this teaching after shadow mount position teaching.

Press [Nozzle changer].
Select the stage to teach.
Press [Jig setting].
• The upper shutter of the nozzle changer
is opened.
• Fit the nozzle-change-position-teaching
jig on the nozzle changer.
• Fit the Nozzle 130S on the number 3
nozzle holder of the stage to teach.
Press [Exchange pos tch].
• The camera recognizes the fiducial
mark of the nozzle changer, and then the
nozzle-change-position-teaching jig.

The convex portion of
the jig should face
downwards.
Main body of nozzle changer
If the jig is not fit on the nozzle changer securely, it
may interfere with the shutter when the changer
shutter is closed.

12-Nozzle Head Teaching
Item
Press [Height teach].
• The nozzle 130S moves down and
measures the height of the upper surface
of the nozzle changer.
Press [Jig remove].
Remove the jig from the nozzle changer,
and the nozzle from the nozzle holder.
