Cause: Either a sensor for the UP elevator pallet stopper has not turned on even though the specified
time has elapsed since the stopper was instructed to start operation, or both the stopper ON and OFF
check sensors have turned on.
Remedy: Make sure that nothing is obstructing stopper operation. If there is no obstruction, perform an
I/O check on the input from the following sensors: UP elevator pallet stopper ON (X08C) and OFF (X08D).

Cause: The pallet IN cylinder has left the retract end even though the UP elevator is operating while
carrying a pallet. This error could also occur if the retract end check sensor for the pallet INcylinder has
not turned on even though the specified time has elapsed since the cylinder was instructed to start
retracting, or if both the forward end and retract end check sensors have turned on.
Remedy: Make sure that nothing is obstructing operation. If there is no obstruction, perform an I/O
check on the input from the following sensors: pallet IN cylinder forward end check (X088) and retract end

Cause: The in-setup station stopper did not complete its operation in the 3 seconds allowed.
Remedy: Check that there is nothing obstructing the stopper's movement.
Check the I/O signals for the in-setup station stopper's engaged (X090) and disengaged (X091) positions.

(X099). Adjust the sensors as necessary.
------------------------------
Code: 1205407E
Display: "Pal Transport Err RCONV->UPELV"
Used by: CP652C
Cause: The forward end check sensor for the cylinder of the pallet conveyor between the return conveyor
and the UP elevator has not turned on even though the specified time has elapsed since the cylinder was
instructed to start moving, or the pallet movement complete status was not achieved when the forward
end check sensor turned on."Pallet movement complete status" is as follows: when the return conveyor
pallet OUT cylinder forward end check sensor turns on, the return conveyor pallet OUT cylinder re ract
end check sensor should be off, the return conveyor pallet arrival check sensor should be off, the UP
elevator pallet check sensor should be on, and the UP elevator pallet passage check sensor should be on.
Remedy: Make sure that nothing is obstructing pallet movement. If there is no obstruction, perform an
I/O check on the input from the following sensors: return conveyor pallet OUT cylinder forward end check
(X09A) and retract end check (X09B), return conveyor pallet arrival check (X09E), UP elevator pallet check
(X084), and UP elevator pallet passage check (X085). Adjust the sensors as necessary.

Code: 1205407F
Display: "Pallet_Clamp Error DF or DR"
Used by: CP652C
Cause: The DF-axis (or DR-axis) has failed to clamp a pallet, or a clamp status check performed during
DF-axis (or DR-axis) operation has shown that a pallet is not clamped properly.
Remedy: Make sure that the DF-axis and DR-axis clamps are functioning normally. Perform I/O checks
on input from the following sensors: pallet clamp check (X058 and X05B), pallet unclamp check (X059and
X05C), and pallet check (X05A and X05D) for the DF-axis and DR-axis. Adjust the sensors as necessary.
When a pallet is clamped, the sensors for that axis should be as follows: the pallet clamp and pallet check
sensors should be on, and the pallet unclamp check sensor should be off.

turned on even though the specified time has elapsed since the cylinder was instructed to start retracting,
or both the forward end and retract end check sensors have turned on.
Remedy: Make sure that nothing is obstructing cylinder operation. If there is no obstruction, perform an
I/O check on the input from the following sensors: return conveyor pallet IN and OUT cylinderforward end
check (X09A and X09C) and retract end check (X09B and X09D). Adjust the sensors as necessary.

Code: 12054081
Display: "Pallet_Unclamp Error DF or DR"
Used by: CP652C
Cause: The DF-axis (or DR-axis) has failed to unclamp a pallet.
Remedy: Make sure that the DF-axis and DR-axis unclamp operation is functioning normally.Perform I/O
checks on input from the following sensors: pallet clamp check (X058 and X05B), pallet unclamp check
(X059 and X05C), and pallet check (X05A and X05D) for the DF-axis and the DR-axis. Adjust the sensors
as necessary. When a pallet is unclamped, the sensors for that axis should be as follows: the pallet clamp
and pallet check sensors should be off, and the pallet unclamp check sensor should be on.

Cause: The lower limit detection sensor for the ST11 cylinder has not turned on.
Remedy: The action of the ST11 cylinder has deteriorated.Check the cylinder as prescribed in the
maintenance manual. Please note that the component may not have been placed by ST11 (i.e., it may be
missing).

Code: 12054087
Display: "Pallet Transport ERROR UP Elevator -> SETUP_ST. IN"
Used by: CP652C
Cause: A pallet transport error occured between the up-elevator and the in-setup station. The cause of
the error may be one of the following.
1. The pallet in-cylinder has not reached its extended position in the 10 seconds allowed.
2. The input status for each of the sensors after the pallet in-cylinder arrived at its extended position is as
follows:
- The retract position sensor is on.
- The up-elevator pass-through sensor (between up-elevator <-> in-setup station) is detecting a pallet or is
being obstructed.
- The up-elevator pallet sensor is detecting a pallet.
- The setup station pallet sensor is not detecting a pallet.
Remedy: Check that there is nothing obstructing the movement of the pallet.
Check the input status of the pallet in-cylinder sensor (X088) and the retract position sensor (X089).
Check the input status of the up-elevator pallet pass-through sensor (X085).
Check the input status of the up-elevator pallet sensor (X084).
Check the input status of the in-setup station pallet sensor (X077).
