Cause: A cleaner interlock occurred when the cleaner drive axis (the Y-axis for a double-side cleaner, or

the S-axis for a single-side cleaner) was activated. This error occurs if the cleaner drive axis is activated

while the cleaner is connected to the drive axis during command execution or automatic operation.

Remedy: Use [HEAD REMOVAL] on command page 553-2(3) to disconnect the cleaner from the drive axis

(the Y-axis for a double-side cleaner, or the S-axis for a single-side cleaner). If necessary, make sure that

the lower cleaner connection check sensor and the cleaner connection position proximity check sensor

(X05D:LW CLR CPL CHK and X03E:CLNR NEAR CHK) are functioning normally.

to the original position. If necessary, make sure that the solder supply unit origin position check sensor

(1108:SSD ZERO POS) is functioning normally.
