4. Alert Indications in Instruction Manual
The following summarizes the precautionary items and the location of alert indications in the
instruction manual.

Alert Description Pages
There are strong motorized and high-voltage areas inside the
machine. Special caution should be paid not to touch them. Doing
otherwise will cause personal injury (serious accident).
• Only qualified maintenance personnel should detach the covers.
• The machine should be operated with the covers being attached.
• If a cover is detached, be sure to reattach it.
• Be sure to close the covers (door type) before operating the
machine.

Do not disengage the interlock mechanism of the covers (door
type).

Be sure to keep the all covers (door type) closed to avoid any
danger when the automatic operation is started or during the
automatic operation.

Before performing maintenance work, shut off the power breaker
and lock the power breaker with the padlock.

Those who wear implanted pacemakers are not allowed to work
inside the machine.
This machine uses strong permanent magnets in the moving
areas of the X/Y beams.
The pacemaker may be affected by the magnetism and a serious
accident will result.

If the bank feeder change cart is not set, a clearance will be left
at the feeder setting area and the operator will be exposed to
danger.
Be sure to use the machine with the bank feeder change cart
being attached.
