If a board does not arrive under the Offload sensor when expected, at the end of
the countdown period the board drop alarm will be activated unless the Board Drop
Alarm has been “Disabled”. Refer to “Alarm Levels & Settings”.
Any dropped boards should be removed from the process tunnel. Upon restarting
the product definition, the board counts will be reset to zero.
CAUTION
WHEN REMOVING BOARDS FROM THE PROCESS TUNNEL, TAKE SUITABLE
PRECAUTIONS AGAINST THE POSSIBILITY OF INJURY FROM
THE HOT PARTS WITHIN THE HEAT ZONE.
BOARD JAM ALARM
If a space between boards does not occur under the Offload sensor when
expected, (based on the ‘board length’ and the speed of the conveyor) the Board
Jam Alarm will be activated unless the Board Jam Alarm has been set to “Off”.
QUICK COOL DOWN
Selecting the QUICK COOL DOWN symbol will start the cell
fans while the HOOD is open without heat applied to the cells.
(Select this symbol again to stop the fans)
QUICK COOL DOWN aids the cooling of the process tunnel, and is possible only
in the SHUTDOWN state.
BE CAREFUL OPENING THE HOOD, THE AIR AND THE OVEN
SURFACES ARE HOT !!

(This symbol will be displayed at the bottom of the screen during
the Lubrication Process)
The Lubrication Status dialogue box will be displayed:

1) Automatic chain lubrication is enabled (or disabled).
2) Lubrication process is on (or off).
3) Number of chain cycles before the automatic lube process starts.
