In general, a machine accuracy of a minimum of 80µm at 4 sigma is the prerequisite for the place-
ment of the components. You can execute verification via the CM controller or the measuring de-
vice. 4
A further decisive influencing factor on the placement quality is the soldering paste and the pres-
sure. Refer to the SIPLACE 01005 process manual for further information and assistance. 4
