3.1 Performance data
The cleaning performance is independent from the nozzle type to be cleaned. It is determined
solely by the cleaning cycle of the nozzle tip and nozzle shaft cleaning module.
The NCS has 3 cleaning cells in which the cleaning of the nozzle tip and nozzle shaft runs parallel.
Thus every 5 minutes cleaned nozzles can be removed from the NCS.

3.1.1 Cleaning with C&P20 P nozzle magazines
Due to the technical design of the CP20P magazines there are no openings below 2 of the 20
nozzles. Without these holes cleaning is not possible. Therefor the cleaning for CP20P nozzle
magazines was modified to clean 18 nozzles only.

3.1.2 Cleaning with C&P20A nozzle magazines
At the C&P20A magazines the existing spring lock mechanism is slightly to wide reaching into the
opening required for the cleaning. In order to use these magazines the spring lock mechanism
needs to be upgraded.

Both CPP nozzle magazine can be used without any restrictions.
