: Start by fitting the inner TwinHead module (module 1) with four screws (because these screws
are more easily accessible). Make sure that the screws are of the right length.

: Before attaching the outer module (module 2) to the head, insert the screws into the holes bet-
ween the modules.
: Screw on the outer module as described for the inner module.
: Attach these hoses and the blanking plug.

This item only applies if the DLM2 placement head has been equipped with an 8 bit head proces-
sor. There is no TQM 167 module on the head interface. 2
Do not convert the head interface in this case. 2
On each segment for the TwinHead attach a TQM module ( item no. 03003536 S 02 ) on the head
main board (also see TI 44D05045). 2

2.4.7 Replacing the servo cards
: Use the machine key to open the door of the servo unit.
: Pull out servo boards A 9, A 11 and A 15 (see reference plan on the back of the door).
It is a good idea to label the servo boards to avoid any confusion.

: Plug in the other relevant servo boards and the A 13 into the drawer unit.

From software version 505 onwards, the C&P head can also be fitted on gantry 2, in which case
the servo boards must be arranged as follows if the head is converted back to the TwinHead: 2
