: Remove the fiducial plate, if present.

The fiducial plate is very heavy. 2

: Detach the IC camera cable from the connections on the base plate.
: Push the cables into the machine frame to protect them against damage.
: Loosen the four screws (M6) on the IC camera base plate and remove.

: The FC camera can be dismantled in the same way, if necessary.
: Carefully fit the nozzle changer extension.
Be careful, the extension is very fragile.

: Fit the nozzle changer extension on the inside of the placement machine.

: Remove the sensor for the TwinHead reject bin and wire it to the new reject bin for the C&P
head.
: Attach the sensor to the mount for the new reject bin.

: Insert the reject bin(s) for the C&P head.

Refit the sensor

: Plug the cables and the compressed air hose into the C&P head nozzle changer.

: Insert the new C&P head nozzle changers and fix each in place with four screws.

With the C&P 12 placement head, an optional third nozzle changer may be fitted on the opposite
feeder area. It is installed and connected up in the same way. 2
