13 Turn the star to the next segment. 14 Repeat step 11 to 13 for each segment. 15 When segment 1 is in the service window
again turn the star 3 full rotations to dis-
tribute the oil.

1 Prepare the multipette. See appendix
"Prepare the multipette".
2 Turn the wheel and adjust 2 µl. 3 Put the head stand in the upright position
and turn the head upside down.
4 Ensure the Z-Axis is moved into the head
before turning the star as otherwise the Z-
Axis jaw can be damaged.
5 Insert a new slightly moistened cleaning
stick between 2 segments (1) so it touches
the raceway (2).
6 Turn the star one full rotation as shown in
the picture pulling the cleaning stick over
the whole race way.
